Apple has just pushed out the Golden Masters of iOS 5 and XCode 4.2 for developers.
Xcode 4.2 has a build of 4D199 for Lion and 4C199 for Snow Leopard as well as build 9A334 for iOS 5 GM.
No word on what has changed yet as we have not received a change log. If you see any changes let us know.

You have to do a restore not an update.
