Here’s some breaking news hitting our tip lines this morning. It seems as though Apple is set to release a new application for the iPhone and iPad tomorrow. However, nothing is known about the application, other than it’s icon is blue with an Apple logo on it.

Now, to me, this sounds like a new app so you can shop on Apple’s website as well as set up appointments with your local “Genius“ (heavy quotes right there, I’ve gone in there and helped THEM “fix” my device).

So as we wait for iOS 4, it looks like well also get a new app in the meantime.
