Apple just pushed out iOS 18.6.1, which allows a new Blood Oxygen experience for users in the US with an Apple Watch Series 9, 10, and Ultra 2. Measurements are calculated on the iPhone and viewed in the Health App. This feature was previously removed due to patents and now those users have access to Blood Oxygen readings.
