So you just got your iPhone 4 but none of your friends or family members were able to get one and you want to test FaceTime.  Apple has your solution.  Just dial 1-888-FACETIME (1-888-322-38463).  You will be connect to an Apple employee who will should you how to use the new FaceTime features.  They are open from 8AM to 8PM CDT.
