Apple Released iOS 6.1.4 with updated audio profile for speakerphone
Apple just released iOS 6.1.4. This update as an audio profile for the speakerphone. It has a build number of 10B350 and appears to only be for the iPhone 5.
Do not update if you device is jailbroken and you plan to keep your jailbreak. Currently only iOS 6.1.2 is jailbreakable on all devices.

Before I started using the iPhone 5 Suede Jacket I wont constantly use my pockets to store the iPhone 5 and noticed that I was getting lint stuck in the headphone jack or speakers. iPhone 5 AWS HSPA+ Compatibility Info for T-Mobile
Any GSM iPhone 5 model A1428 will support T-Mobile’s LTE network and HSPA+ speeds of up to 21 Mbps. To experience DC-HSDPA up to 42 Mbps on T-Mobile, you need an iPhone 5 GSM model that supports T-Mobile’s AWS band (1700/2100).
T-Mobile just announced the iPhone 5 for their USA network. It is scheduled to be released on Friday April 12th. This new Model A1428 will be the same as the current model A1428 iPhone 5 with one difference. It will enable the AWS 1700/2100 band.
To check and see if your iPhone 5 supports AWS band (1700/2100), follow these steps:
- Go to Settings –> General –> About.
- Check the last 4 digits of your serial number to see if they match these combinations:

T-Mobile iPhone Carrier Update is NOW out
We jumped the gun last week and announced that the carrier update was out. It is now officially out. Just plug your iPhone into your computer and launch iTunes and you will see the message to update. You can also do it directly from your iPhone by going to Settings –> General –> About.
It will say: Carrier Settings Update New settings are available. Would you like to update them now.
Once you are finished installing the update you will see that your carrier is now T-Mobile 14.1. This update will enable LTE on the AT&T iPhone 5. Not the Verizon iPhone 5. It will change your 3G icon to 4G and will enable HD Voice as well as visual voicemail. It will also put all of the correct settings for MMS.

T-Mobile Releases Official iPhone Carrier Update
We heard a rumor that T-Mobile would release a carrier update and it appears that they have it ready. This update will allow visual voicemail as well as AWS LTE and HD Voice for the iPhone 5. To get this update you will need to plug into iTunes and accept the update or you can receive it via an over the air update. We will post more information as we receive it and have a hack for those jailbroken people who do not want to update and lose their jailbreak.
