Guest List Organizer, developed by Denys Yevenko, is a simple and easy to use guest list manager for organizing events. The application is perfect for managing a wedding guest list, birthday party, or any other even where you need an accurate head count of confirmed guests.

Guest List Organizers allows you to import your Facebook friends, Address book contacts, guests from other events, and the ability to create new guest right on the fly. Once you have your guest list in place you can select on an individual person and see a ton of information about them. If you have information filled in like their phone number, email, address, and picture, you can easily view and edit that info. You also have the ability to manage +1 guests that they are bringing.

Some other really great features include the ability to create reports. There are a ton of different reports that you can run. They will save via iCloud and you can share them via e-mail, Dropbox, or Evernote. The application also has the ability to print using Apple’s AirPrint service.

No longer will greeters have to hold pen and paper. Just give them and iPad and they can quickly check of guests who attend. Overall Guest List Organizer is a very well done application. I wish we would have used this application to manage our wedding guest list. It would of made it so much easier. I will definitely recommend this app to anyone who needs to manage of list of guests. It would be nice if the developers created a universal app so you do not have to buy twice if you want it on your iPhone and iPad.
