No iPhone 5 for T-Mobile This Year?

Tmonews is reporting some very disappointing news today. CMO, Cole Brodman, quoted “We are not going to get the iPhone 5 this year.” Hopefully this is not the case. Although there still is hope that T-Mobile will get an iPhone this year, possibly an iPhone 4 or iPhone 4S? Only time will tell. We are expecting to hear an announcement on or before October 5th so stay tuned.

Apple has announced that there will be an iCloud reset on September 22nd. This means, all of your iCloud stuff will be deleted from Apple’s servers. This includes your Photo Stream data, back ups, calendars, address book, mail, and iTunes Match.

Sources are saying that Apple will also release iOS 5 GM shortly after.

Apple has said that iCloud will be deleted from 9a.m. – 5p.m. (Pacific Time) on September 22nd.

So make sure to backup EVERYTHING before it’s gone, forever.

Here’s the official press release:

iCloud Backup Reset
On Thursday, September 22, the iCloud Backup data will be reset. Backing up to iCloud or restoring from an iCloud backup will be unavailable from 9 AM PDT – 5 PM PDT. Did MuscleNerd Just Get Hired By Apple?

Well well, it seems that we may have another Apple hire in the jailbreak community. MuscleNerd has posted what seems like himself receiving a specially made Apple shirt as well as himself talking about his “host” at Apple and that he received a specially made “Muscle Nerd” guest name tag on his Apple HQ visit.

If Apple hired Muscle Nerd, could this be signs of new things to come? The “Pay to jailbreak” solution that I had spoken of in the past? Or just a way for Apple to silence the iPhone Dev Team? Who knows, especially now with Tim Cook as Apple’s CEO, it’s hard to tell how he will run Apple, so anything can happen, and Muscle Nerd isn’t talking.

If he does get hired by Apple, we wish him the best. Again, MuscleNerd was mostly responsible for the iPhone’s baseband hacks as well as some untethers along with the rest of the iPhone Dev Team.

First Look: Windows 8

Hey guys, well, I have been hard at work trying to get Windows 8 to be dual-booted onto my Mac with all of my hardware working 100%. I have succeeded. :)

I made a video for you guys that gives you a first look at Windows 8 as well as my reactions to Microsoft’s new operating system.

Now, I don’t want to spoil the video for you guys, so if you want to see what it looks like, running on a Mac, as well as what I think about Microsoft’s new OS, watch the short video!

I will be posting a tutorial on how I got it to run 100% on my Mac via Bootcamp. (It takes a little bit more to do so than it normally would take to do if you were installing Windows 7 through Bootcamp.)

Never Forget 9/11 & Those Who Lost Their Lives That Day.

Today, we pay tribute to all of those who lost their lives on that fateful day in September, 10 years ago. I bet we can all remember what we were doing when the World Trade Center was hit.

I, for one, was getting ready for school. I was in 4th grade. I was called by my dad into the living room to see that something had happened in New York City. There were 2, giant towers, and in one of them, there was smoke. Right as I got to the TV to get a better look, I witnessed the 2nd plane crashing into the 2nd tower.

I was in shock and my dad couldn’t believe what he was seeing either. We immediately called my mom to tell her to come home from work as a provision. I stayed home that day and the next day as well, in fear that school’s may be the terrorists’ next target.

My life changed forever that day.

10 years ago today, we lost nearly 3,000 lives in the September 11th attacks on the World Trade Center and The Pentagon, as well as the downed plane in Pennsylvania that those brave passengers on flight 93 managed to take control of and evade further tragedy.

God bless America. Never forget. Never surrender.
