Review: Total Defense 3D
Total Defense 3D, developed by DaSuppa, is a “Tower Defense” based game in 3D. Instead of a flat map you can zoom in and out and move the camera around to see all of the action from different angles. I have been addicted to a few tower defense games in the past and this is now my favorite. It is very challenging and very fun. You have to use lots of strategy on the harder levels. Make sure to grab a copy of this while it is still FREE.
As you pass each of the 19 mission and progress through the game you will be able to develop skills with the skill points you earn. These skills include upgrading your weapons and base as well as the ability to earn more credits per kill. There are 24 skills in total and each of those can be upgraded to 3 levels.
This version of Total Defense is FREE, but if you want to unlock all planets you can pay $1.99. There are some people who want to be able to play all of the planets right away and this in app purchase allows you to do just that. Total Defense 3D is an amazing game. The graphics are excellent and most importantly the game play is top notch. Please be aware you will get addicted. Each mission has 3 levels of difficulty so you will always be challenged. Normal, Hard, and Hell.
Total Defense 3D is available on the iPhone / iPod Touch as well as the iPad. The only complaint I have is that they are 2 separate applications instead of a universal app. If your looking for the iPad version be sure to grab Total Defense 3D HD for iPad. They are both FREE applications on the Apple App Store.

Review: Qoiza
Qoiza is the best way to share, discover and follow all the great products in people’s lives. This application allows you to easily connect with your friends and others from around the world to find interesting products.
When you first open the application you can quickly login with your Facebook account and connect with your Facebook friends. You will get a guided tour of how to use the application. There are 5 main categories. Now, where you can see whats happening right now, Explore, where you can discover products and check out contests. You can search for products by Keyword, Brand and People.
Next up is the main + button. You can add new products, pictures, and stories about your products. After that is the Trending category where you can check the leaderboards and see who’s who on Qoiza. The more and more you use Qoiza you gain Q points, which bump you up on the leaderboards. You can earn Q points by adding a new product, adding pictures or stories to your product, commenting on products, and following products or getting followers to your products. When you hold the most Q points for a brand winin a 7-day period, you get rewarded with that brand’s gold metal. Currently there is a contest going on where the top 4 scorers get a pair of Siberia V2 headphones every week.
Lastly there is the Me section that is all about you and your products. You will be amazed at some of the cool products that other people have. Review: Screen Themer Free – Wallpapers and Backgrounds For Your Device
Screen Themer Free, developed by iNetWallpaper.com LTD, is an application that gives you a bunch of high res images for use as your home screen and lock screen. Screen Themer was featured by Apple in the New and Noteworty section of the App Store.
With Over 40 Retina themed matching wallpapers and lock screens you can quickly customize your iDevice and make it stand out from the rest. When you see a theme that you like you can quickly preview how it will look without saving the pictures to your camera roll. Once you decide you like the theme just hit ‘Save Theme’ and the pictures will be saved to your camera roll. To apply the theme, Open your Photos App and select Camera Roll. Tap Wallpaper and use the multi Function Button. Choose use as Wallpaper then one of the 3 options. Set Lockscreen, Set Homescreen, or Both.

[Review-ish] Laser VR – A Game Changer
Laser VR is a real gaming concept for mobile devices. In conjunction with a projector and laser pointer you can have your device project interactive content on the big screen and control it with a simple laser. The idea is simple: Your mobile device projects a screen through a projector and at the same time looks at the projected screen waiting for a laser pointer to do something.
If I’ve lost you, heres a cute little game to play that should show the concept better than I can explain it, its called Laser VR Alpha Range.
In Alpha Range all you are doing is shooting down red glowing orbs, with a laser pointer….. Off your wall…. Or ceiling if you can 
There is a simpler mode where you can just tap the orbs on your iPhone display instead of using your wall, but wheres the fun in that?
If you’re a real cowboy gamer go and grab a tripod, a projector, a laser pointer and a blank wall and play Alpha Range, ON THE WALL!!!
In this mode gameplay is fairly simple, your device projects the orbs on the wall and you shoot them down with the laser pointer, cool right?
This is mostly a concept game, but its quite fun once you have everything working right.
If you already have the iPhone, a tripod and a projector then you won’t mind the price for the game. Lets help support the developer and push to get more and matured games like this out on the AppStore

Review: Combo Slash
Combo Slash, developed by INT SQUARE, is an action based RPG (Role Playing Game). In this game you go around saving girls that are taken captive. You fight through to the end boss who you must defeat to save the girls. The basics of the game is to use your crystal detector to save a girl. The detector blinks as you get closer to her. Your object is to quickly save the girl and eliminate the boss before the time limit is reached. Each time you start a game the maps or levels are different. They are always changing and random so you feel like your playing a different level every time you play.
Although I personally do not play that many RPG games, this is actually pretty entertaining as the controls are very easy. You can take out lots of enemies at a time with a simple one button combo. In the settings you can make performing combos harder though. The controls are very basic and easy to use. You have a pad for moving your character around and 3 buttons. Common Attack, Evade, and Special Move.
As you advance through the game you can pick up special items and store them in your inventory to use later. You get 3 inventory slots to start with by default but you can expand your inventory at the shop. There are over 100 different items to purchase in the shop ranging from weapons, special items, equipment, and other useful items. As you progress in the game you get gold coins, but if you want more in a hurry you can purchase them in game starting at $1.99.

You have access to restaurants, cafes, nightlife, lodging, public transportation, financial institutions, entrainment, and a handful of other stores.
If your looking for a birthday cake to pick up locally you can just do a quick search or you can quickly browse the bakery category and quickly find a bakery that is close to you. When you click on a place you will see the ability to check in like Foursquare, but it is integrated with Google. The more you check in the more popular the place becomes.You can also quickly call the establishment or get driving directions.
