When I entered my birthday in, I was so surprised to see how many famous people share the same birthday as me. There was over 100 celebrities, with Heath Miller sticking out, as I have him on my fantasy football team! The list shows you all of the names, the year they were born, and a description of why they are famous. When you click on the person it takes you to the Wikipedia page so you can read more about them.
When you find a favorite person, you can save it to your favorites or share it via Facebook, Twitter, or Email.
SEN, Sexual Expression Number, is an in-app purchase available for $0.99. Once purchased you can get your SEN report based on your birthday. You can also get your Facebook friend’s SEN and share as well. The report you receive is individualized and represents how particular characteristics and traits manifest in our physical expression of love.
InstaFame is currently FREE on the Apple App Store. It is a universal application so it will work on all of your iOS devices. You will probably also want to check out the SEN bonus as well.
Review: CapperLite – I’d caption that photo with style and smile
CapperLite – I’d caption that photo with style and smile, developed by Golf Pakorn, lets you attach captions to your pictures.
When you first launch CapperLite you have the option to load a picture from your camera roll or take a picture. Once you have your picture, CapperLite will automatically add 1 of over 5000 funny captions. You can keep hitting the refresh button to get a new caption (3 times), or purchase CapperPro and choose a caption from the list.
If you decide you want to write your own caption, you have the option to do so. You can customize the font with different font styles, size, and color, but if you want more options, you will have to upgrade to CapperPro. CapperLite gives you the options to save your original photo as well as set the default caption position from top or bottom in the settings.
Once your satisfied with your caption, you can save the picture, post it to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or email it to yourself or someone else. With CapperLite you have the option to Cap any picture directly from your iPhone.

Review: Soo Thankful a Childrens’ eBook
Soo Thankful, by Dryade Fontenelle & Paul Schlarman, is a children’s eBook for the iPad. It is a cute book that is 44 pages longs with amazing illustrations optimized for the Retina display of the iPad.
This book describes tons of things that little children should be thankful for and uses easy words to help young children read. The sentences are put together in a rhyming fashion to engage the reader and offering and interesting and fun to read picture book.
This picture book is perfect for youngsters. I would however like to see the developer make the book interactive. For example, you could click on the dock and it would bark. I am sure the developer will get more creative as time goes by. The nice thing about buying books for the iPad instead of physical books is that you can get FREE updates!
Soo Thankful is available on the Apple App Store for $2.99 and was just released a few days ago. If you have a young child who enjoys reading books on the iPad, this is a great one to check out.
Review: Xiimo for iPad
Xiimo is dedicated to building smart tools to help small businesses. They offer an integrated marketing and loyalty point-of-sale tool. The application makes it simple and FREE for businesses to manage inventory and take payments without some fancy and expensive software.
Currently Xiimo offers cash transactions only, but we have been told that credit card processing is coming soon. The app is super easy to use and set up and allows you to have multiple accounts and roles so that you can set up limited functionality for employees.
Once you have your products set up you just tap the product your selling and it adds it right to the cart with the total and included tax. There is also a screen for change, so you can quickly see how much the customer will get back if they give you a larger amount.
Xiimo is socially connected. You can link up with Facebook, FourSquare, and Twitter to create and post promotions. If your customer shows you a promo code, you can quickly apply it to the order. You also get a free website that they generate for your business. It includes your business information, maps to find you and your promotions. Automatically, with no maintenance required.

The application is an animated flashcard-like game. Conversations are spoken between 2 characters and you can replay the sound in normal speed or slow it down. You will then have opportunities to correctly guess the right answer of the conversation. Once you complete the conversation you will get a report card. It will show how many you got correct, how many new sentences you saw, your level progression, and more.
There are over 1000 different combinations for every conversation and you have the opportunity to learn almost 1000 Japanese sentences. With just 14 simple conversations, you can gain a ton of new phrases in a short amount of time.

Review: Fireplace HD+ App For iPad, iPhone & iPod Touch
Fireplace HD+, developed by Rory Buckley, will turn your iPhone, iPod Touch, or iPad into a virtual fireplace which plays a super realistic animation of fire. Not only can you use Fireplace HD+ to set the mood, but you can also play some included tunes at the same time.
The included background audio consists of 12 Days of Christmas, O Christmas Tree, Silent Night, and Flowers and Chocolate. iPad users have the added luxury of being able to play a selection of radio stations, these stations range from Jazz, Oldies, Classical, Relaxation & Christmas.
If you are like me and enjoy sleeping by the fire and falling asleep to relaxing music, this is the app for you. Just the sound of crackling fire is awesome and adding background music to it is so relaxing. You also have the option to set a sleep timer which will pause the video and audio which is playing. You can set the sleep timer to 10, 30, or 60 minutes. This is perfect if your using the application for relaxation or a sleep aid.
I do want to mention that there are two different fireplace settings. The traditional look and the modern look. I think that the traditional look is the best and find it most relaxing. You should also make sure your screen is super clean and free from smudges, otherwise it will run the overall look.
